Dear TQP Participant,
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to accept data submitted directly from your registry product. In addition, admission year 2026 data is now accepted regardless of the method of data submission you elect to use. If you would like to get a jump start submitting your Q4 2025 admissions or any 2026 admissions, you are welcome to do so.
We understand there may be questions that arise as we launch this new capability, and so we’d encourage you to watch our updated educational tutorials available in the Data Center Resources portion of the TQP Participant Hub. These tutorials also include information on new reports available to you on the TQP Data Center.
Finally, with the launch of this new process, we are moving away from the traditional quarterly TQIP Call for Data (CFD) schedule as we will be able to accept data using either submission method 365 days a year. The February/March CFD window collecting Q4 2025 data will remain as scheduled but will be the last CFD window for TQIP participants.
Please see our previous announcement, New TQP Data Submission Process - The New Call for Data, on our website if you need more specifics on the retirement of the traditional Call for Data windows. We will continue to send email reminders throughout the year as a deadline approaches and our deadline dates always remain available on our website.
Thank you for your participating in the ACS Trauma Quality Programs and, as always, our staff is able to assist you with any questions you may have at
Thank you,
Your Trauma Quality Programs Staff
